1. Order Process
■Select the products and specify the dimensions. To get confirmation of stone. Samples are available for you reference.
■Estimation and quotation on products, shipping and insurance cost.
■Confirmation about the order information (quantity, price, delivery time, payment terms etc.).
■Down payment to be sent or L/C to be set up. Fax or Email bank statement as confirmation.
■Production by our factory. Inspection of the finished products (customer comes here to inspect or our inspectors do it).
■Packing and ship the products to your nearest port or your final address. Submit the relevant documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading) to the bank or fax them directly to clients to require the balance's payment.
2. Can we got one or even more sample ?
■Yes. Of course. we can provide clients samples free of charge but clients need pay the express delivery charge upon receipt of the sample. we will deduct the freight cost from the total amount of invoice after an order is placed..
3. Can you make the drawings according to client’s request ?
■Yes. We can. According your diagrammatic drawing or photos and details of the products, We provide to you AUTOCAD drawing in 48 hours(too much drawing ,so time is little long. Apologize!).
4. How you control the quality of the products ?
■We aim at “The Whole Track”, our inspectors live in factory during the production. Before the production,our inspector will check the raw material,ensure all the stone are perfect for the end products. During the production, our inspector will check the processing frequently. After the end products come out, we will carry out the comprehensive inspection, and send the photos to clients for check.Or the clients come to our factory to inspect the products. After all the thing are perfect, we will begin to pack the end products according the clients request.
5. What about your Package?
■Standard export seaworthy package: Wooden Case, Wooden Crate, Carton, Plywood Case, pallet etc. Or according the request of the clients.
6. What is the minimum order quantity（MOQ）？
■We do accept retail order. We sell to wholesaler, retailer and individual, with different price policy. No minimum order requirement. All as your request.
7. What is your acceptable payment ?
■we prefer T/T i.e. 30% advance payment of cargo before production, 70% of the rest shall be paid when original Bill of Lading copy is faxed or Email to buyer within one week.
8.How about the Time of shipment?How long we can get the products?
■FOB port within 15-20 days for one 20-feet container from the day the value date mentioned on the copy of the SWIFT advance payment(30% as deposit after the P.I. is confirmed).
■Transportation duration information:
West European main port: about 27 days
Felixstowe / Belfast / South Ampton: about 40 days
Dublin: about 35days
Western coast of America: about 18 days
Eastern coast of America: about 30 days

9. What is your port of loading ?
■Normally we export the stone products from Xiamen port, China. Some special products will be exported from it’s origin place to secure more competitive prices. And we will go to origin place to inspect the products.
